You will be a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing clear, pragmatic advice on people matters, policy, and terms and conditions of service. You will provide guidance and coaching to managers, supporting them to make informed and effective people management decisions. Alongside this, you’ll work on a variety of HR projects and initiatives.
With demonstrable knowledge and awareness of current employment law and best HR practice, you will also have CIPD membership, ideally at Graduate level. We are supportive of our employees’ ongoing learning and development and offer a variety of training opportunities.
