We're looking for a team leader with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to join our busy Finance Team. You’ll need the ability to work under pressure, often to tight deadlines, whilst managing a finance team of six.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the post holder is responsible for ensuring HIAL’s finances are managed efficiently and in line with the required accounting standards and company procedures. As a qualified accountant you will also bring relevant experience to the role.
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills and enjoy contributing to a professional working environment. You will take ownership of this role and be enthusiastic about motivating your team and creating a pleasant working environment for them.
It’s really important that you have a flexible approach and attitude to your work and a strong commitment to customer service.
Whilst the base for the role is Head Office (at Inverness Airport), and there will be a requirement to attend Head Office frequently, we have a flexible approach to working and can consider hybrid working for applicants based at any of our 11 airport locations.
