Salary – £30,742 – 33,904 plus on call allowance
Are you an experienced ICT service desk support looking for a new challenge in a supervisory position? Are you an excellent communicator and able to build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels?
You’ll manage and lead the ICT Service Desk to ensure that all operational requirements are delivered whilst meeting and exceeding customer expectations. You will help to build ICT resilience and organisational capability by coaching and developing your team members.
Managing service commitments and reporting information to teams across the organisation, you will need excellent communication and organisational skills.
This is a fixed term post, maternity cover with an occupancy end date of 30th April 2026.
