Are you passionate about the security industry? We are seeking a Security Manager based in the United Kingdom to coordinate and oversee security operations across event deployments and static services. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and coordinating security personnel; collecting and verifying documentation; developing security and contingency plans; and maintaining direct communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, assess, and deploy operational security personnel across various UK sites.
- Verify and maintain staff documentation (SIA licenses, IDs, insurance, contracts, training records, etc.).
- Coordinate with partner agencies and monitor rotations, absences, and staff performance.
- Design and implement security and contingency plans, risk assessments, and emergency protocols for corporate, cultural, and VIP events.
- Liaise with event organizers, local authorities, and law enforcement when required.
- Supervise security teams during setup, live event, and breakdown phases.
- Oversee teams assigned to ongoing contracts (facilities, corporate offices, embassies, private residences, etc.).
- Plan shifts, ensure guard coverage, and maintain compliance with SIA standards.
- Prepare incident reports and operational audits to guarantee service quality.
- Serve as the main client contact, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and consistently met.
- Develop operational proposals, improvement plans, and performance reports.
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
