At Highland Spring, delivering great customer service is about much more than getting an order from A to B. It means understanding demand, keeping a close eye on stock, spotting potential issues early and working across the business to make sure our customers get what they need, when they need it. We're looking for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at our Blackford site, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in FMCG or supply chain who enjoys working with customers, using data to make decisions and bringing different teams together to deliver a great service. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day supply chain relationship for key customer accounts, working closely with our Sales, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and logistics teams, as well as directly with customers and our third‑party logistics partners. A big part of your role will be looking ahead. You’ll review customer demand, sales trends, forecasts and stock levels to identify potential issues before they affect service, and work with colleagues across the business to find the right solution. You’ll also: Monitor customer orders, stock availability and demand to help us deliver our 98.5% On Time In Full (OTIF) service target.
