At Highland Spring, everything we do starts at source — in the Ochil Hills, where our water is naturally filtered through protected land over time. From our Blackford site, we supply natural source water to customers across the UK and internationally, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and delivering the best possible service to our customers.

As a Customer Logistics Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring our products reach customers on time and in full, working closely with hauliers, 3PL partners, and internal teams. You will support the delivery of a high‑quality customer service experience, helping us achieve our On Time In Full (OTIF) targets while maintaining strong relationships across our supply chain, including export operations.

What can you expect:

  • Monitor and ensure all customer orders are allocated and staged accurately to meet delivery schedules
  • Plan and coordinate order despatch from 3PL warehouses, including export orders
  • Communicate effectively with hauliers and warehouse partners
  • Ensure haulier costs are applied correctly across all transactions
  • Work closely with Customer Supply Chain Coordinators on a daily basis
  • Process orders accurately through EDI systems
  • Manage export booking collections and order dispatches

About you:

  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • A team player who collaborates well with others
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Experience in a customer service, logistics, or supply chain role
  • Experience working with export shipments or international logistics is desirable
  • FMCG or haulier experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships
