Your Role
As a Shift Manager at our Fells site in Lennoxtown, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our bottling lines. Working a 4-on-4-off 12-hour shift pattern, you’ll lead a team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production—ensuring our products meet the highest standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll be a visible and proactive leader, collaborating across departments including supply chain, warehousing, engineering, technical, and quality. You’ll champion health and safety, uphold compliance, and inspire your team to perform at their best.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Safety First: Leading by example to embed a proactive safety culture, conducting audits, and ensuring full compliance.
- Quality & Compliance: Driving adherence to food safety, GMP, and product integrity standards, and leading root cause analysis for improvement.
- People Leadership: Coaching and developing your team, managing performance and welfare, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
- Operational Performance: Delivering against KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, cost, performance, and people engagement.
- Continuous Improvement: Championing 5S, visual management, and waste reduction initiatives, while leading performance reviews and improvement projects.
