As our eCommerce channel continues to evolve, we’re looking for an organised, commercially curious eCommerce National Account Executive to help us deliver strong plans with our Pureplay customers and M&S. What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial & Financial Support: Support delivery of budgeted Sales Value and Net Margin across Pureplay customers and M&S. Contribute to Joint Business Planning (JBP), including promotional planning, cost recovery initiatives and post‑activation analysis. Help ensure our commercial trackers are accurate, timely and transparent.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly forecasts and scorecards covering sales, profitability and key metrics. Work closely with Supply Chain colleagues to support availability targets and smooth execution. Identify trends and highlight risks or opportunities early.
- eCommerce Execution & Activation: Support digital shelf fundamentals including content accuracy, search optimisation and execution standards. Assist with planning and activating promotional campaigns in line with customer strategy and category guidelines. Ensure promotional mechanics, timing and funding are reflected accurately across systems and platforms.
- Customer & Internal Engagement: Support preparation for customer meetings with clear, well‑structured insight. Build strong relationships with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. Act as a day‑to‑day contact for defined areas of M&S and Pureplay accounts.
- Continuous Improvement: Look for smarter ways to improve forecasting, reporting and ways of working. Build your understanding of FMCG commercial principles and eCommerce dynamics. Stay curious about Digital Commerce and AI and how they can enhance performance.

You’ll Likely Bring:
- Experience in Sales or Account Management desirable (FMCG advantageous).
- A genuine interest in Digital Commerce and AI.
- Strong numerical capability with a developing understanding of P&L mechanics.
- Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A clear, professional communication style adaptable to different stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset able to turn data into clear insight and action.
