At Highland Spring, our Engineering & Projects team plays a key role in shaping the future of our operations.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager - Engineering & Capital Projects to lead the delivery of capital investment projects across the Highland Spring Group.
Based primarily at The Ochils in Blackford, with travel to other Highland Spring sites and suppliers as required, this is a 37.5-hour-per-week role with flexibility around key project milestones, site activity and commissioning phases.
Reporting to the Group Engineering & Projects Manager, you'll lead projects from concept and design through procurement, installation, commissioning and operational handover, ensuring they are delivered safely and effectively against agreed scope, cost, schedule and quality requirements.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead capital projects through the full project lifecycle
- Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, forecasts and schedules
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change controls
- Coordinate teams across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance and HSE
- Manage consultants, contractors, OEMs, suppliers and delivery partners
- Support site installation, commissioning and operational handover
- Resolve delivery challenges while balancing safety, quality, cost and operational priorities
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with experience delivering capital investment projects within a manufacturing, FMCG, food and beverage, pharmaceutical or similar industrial environment.
You’ll bring strong project planning and controls experience, commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and a practical, proactive approach to delivery.
A degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline would be advantageous, as would an APM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of CDM Regulations would also be beneficial.
