This is a full time, on-site role where you’ll have a real opportunity to shape how our facilities are managed and developed.

You’ll ensure the site remains safe, compliant and fit for the future, while supporting our production needs and wider business growth.

In this varied role, you’ll oversee everything from statutory compliance, utilities and maintenance through to facilities strategy, sustainability initiatives and major site upgrades.

You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, suppliers and regulatory bodies to make sure our facilities operate to the highest standards.

  • Professional qualifications such as IWFM, NEBOSH or IOSH are highly desirable.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes ownership, works collaboratively and has the confidence to make decisions in a busy operational environment.

You’ll care about maintaining high standards and creating facilities that are safe, reliable and ready to support the future of the business.

What you can expect

You’ll join a values led business where teamwork matters and where you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on one of our key manufacturing sites.
