About The Role

As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full HR lifecycle. With a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (60%), you’ll also provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR functions (40%). You’ll be the first impression candidates get of Highland Spring, so we need someone who is invested in creating a positive experience and who embodies our values.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including drafting job adverts, posting vacancies, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
  • Manage pre‑boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for performance reviews, L&D programmes, and engagement initiatives
  • Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries

About You

  • Passionate about continuous improvement and motivated to challenge the status quo, leading positive change
  • Adaptable, able to work across different HR areas and priorities
  • An ambassador of Highland Spring and our values, driving a positive candidate experience
  • Highly organised, disciplined, and great at coordination and communication
  • Able to work independently and manage their own workload
  • Keen to make a real difference to the way we do things
  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination, strong knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and an understanding of HR processes and employment legislation is preferred.
