We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager – Core and Masterbrand to join our Brand Marketing team and help deliver fresh, distinctive and effective brand activity across campaigns, partnerships, product projects and customer touchpoints. This is a hands‑on role where strategy meets execution.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, agency partners and teams across the business to bring our brand plans to life brilliantly and consistently.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting and leading activity across Highland Spring’s Core and Masterbrand plans.
  • Helping deliver our Masterbrand summer campaign, including artwork management, agency coordination, research and evaluation.
  • Leading Sparkling communications activity across key touchpoints, working with marketing agencies, shopper marketing and sales teams.
  • Playing a key role in delivering our flagship partnership with the Scottish Rugby Union, including ticket allocation, appearance planning, signage artwork, stock allocation, content delivery and internal communications.
  • Supporting brand refresh activity, packaging guidelines, customer and shopper launch plans, and wider cross‑functional brand projects.
  • Coordinating product samples, mock‑ups, imagery requests, content creation and packaging photography.
  • Creating and delivering marketing materials for our international export business.
  • Using data, agency reporting and market insight to evaluate activity, identify learnings and shape future recommendations.
