Highland Spring Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead Operator for The Fells site in Lennoxtown.
The role involves supervising Operators and Advanced Operators on a 4 on, 4 off day pattern (8am–8pm) and ensuring safety, quality and efficient warehouse operations.
You will lead activities, maintain site procedures, and support the flow of materials to Production, using Syteline for transactions and stock control.
A proactive, team-focused approach and Lean mindset are essential.
