The role
Our Nightshift Production Operators run high‑speed lines (bottle blowing, filling and packaging), keep our standards sky‑high, and support safe, efficient output. An FLT licence is preferred to support material movements at line‑side.
What you’ll do
- Operate: Run and monitor automated equipment to hit safety, quality and OEE targets.
- Changeovers & maintenance: Complete product changeovers; carry out routine cleaning, lubrication and basic checks; elevate faults promptly.
- Quality & compliance: Follow GMP, hygiene and food‑safety procedures; complete accurate production records.
- Safety leadership: Live our “Safety First” culture and follow site procedures.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in high‑volume manufacturing (FMCG preferred).
- Confidence with automated machinery and on‑screen controls; good problem solving.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and teamwork.
- FLT licence (counterbalance or reach) preferred; training support can be available.
This role will be 3.5 days per week, week 1 will be Monday to Thursday 8pm until 8am, week 2 will be Monday to Wednesday 8pm until 8am.
