About the Role
As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full HR lifecycle. With a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (60%), you’ll also provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR functions (40%). You’ll be the first impression candidates get of Highland Spring, so we need someone who is invested in creating a positive experience and who embodies our values.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job adverts, posting vacancies, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Provide administrative support for performance reviews, L&D programmes, and engagement initiatives
- Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Adaptable, able to work across different HR areas and priorities
