Full time, Permanent. Salary: Competitive salary matched to experience. Location: Head Office, Castlederg.

THE ROLE

  • Preparation and filing of VAT, CIS and RCT returns
  • Accurate posting of invoices and credits
  • Manage payment runs, supplier invoice queries and discrepancies
  • Handling general accounts queries
  • Creating and updating Excel-based reports for internal use
  • Assisting the payroll administrator as and when

THE PERSON

  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ROS system, Payroll software and Accountancy software is desired.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar accountancy role.
  • Previous construction industry accounts experience desirable particularly Republic of Ireland practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
