As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that we stay committed to delivering goods to our customers within the promised time. Our van drivers are the face of our company, so it's important that you can provide a high level of customer service at all times. The role will be mainly driving, but it will also include working in our warehouse. In the warehouse, you will be required to pick any orders and put away any stock into the correct location.
Main Duties:
- Delivering product to customer's premises
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
- Loading your vehicle according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns as required
- Vehicle maintenance including carrying out daily checks
- Helping in the warehouse as and when required
About You:
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Ability to understand the necessity of excellent standards of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Work to deadlines with good timekeeping skills
- Detail-oriented
