The Highland Hotel is recruiting a Hotel Receptionist to join its front desk team in Strathpeffer. This role suits someone professional, organised, and comfortable being the first point of contact for guests.
You will manage front desk duties including guest check in and check out. You will handle enquiries in person, by phone, and by email. You will support day-to-day reception operations and work closely with the wider hotel team. You will help ensure guests receive a welcoming and efficient service throughout their stay.
Working pattern: The role is based on four eight hour shifts per week. Shifts are rota based and include weekends. Early and late shifts are part of the working pattern.
