Highland Hospice is recruiting a Shop Manager for its boutique charity shop in Beauly. This role suits someone organised and people focused who can lead volunteers and maximise the shop’s trading potential.
The role
- You will manage the day to day operation of the shop.
- You will lead and support volunteers to ensure effective running of the store.
- You will ensure high standards of customer care at all times.
- You will oversee sorting, steaming and pricing of incoming stock.
- You will maintain strong shop floor presentation through layout and window display.
- You will work towards maximising income for Highland Hospice services.
Working pattern
This is a 30 hour per week part time role. The position is based in Beauly.
