Sunflower Care at Home Service is developing an Inverness-based service that supports end of life care for people with both cancer and non-cancer conditions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PCRSCARE AT HOME PRACTITIONER
Reporting to the PCRS Co-ordinator, you can expect your working day to include the following:
- Supporting family members and other professionals to provide excellent holistic, person-centred, palliative care.
- Supporting Service Users with their physical and emotional needs.
- Assisting with personal care, toileting, bathing, dressing and meals
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
To succeed in the role of Care at Home Practitioner you will be:
- Experienced in providing exceptional, holistic, person-centred care and support.
- Passionate about helping people.
- Compassionate, caring, and resilient.
- Respectful, sensitive and have an empathic approach.
- An excellent communicator who is comfortable talking to and working with family members and people from different professions.
- You’ll be great at keeping records, too.
- Take a pride in what you do.
- SVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent - or willingness to work towards this.
- Full Driving Licence and a vehicle to use.
- Dedicated and passionate about making a real difference to people’s lives.
