We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated and organised individual to join our small fundraising administration team as a Gift Data Processor. As our Gift Data Processor, you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing data into our fundraising database. This is a vital role that ensures the integrity and accuracy of our data records.

You will work closely with our fundraising and finance administration teams in a busy and fast paced environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GIFT DATA PROCESSOR

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:

  • As our Gift Data Processor you will be able to use your organisational skills to ensure that our gift data is processed in a timely and methodical manner
  • You will work closely with the fundraising and finance administration teams to batch data accurately onto our fundraising database to help the team ensure that our supporters are thanked in a timely manner.
  • You will support our administration volunteers.
  • You will be flexible to the needs of the fundraising administration team
  • You will manage the downloading of gift data from the various online fundraising platforms that we use, before entering the data into our database
  • You will follow GDPR regulations when working with our gift data

  • Experience using Excel and confidence to accurately enter data into our database
