You'll help individuals remain independent in their own homes while providing guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered every day. What You'll Be Doing Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living tasks Delivering high-quality, person-centred care Supporting and mentoring care colleagues Assisting with care planning, reviews and record keeping Building positive relationships with supported people, families and professionals Promoting independence, dignity, choice and positive outcomes Supporting safe medication management, audits and compliance Maintaining accurate care records and documentation Contributing to quality improvement and service reviews Liaising with NHS, social work and other partner agencies Supporting the induction and development of new staff Providing direct care and leading by example in best practice What We're Looking For Essential Full UK driving licence (access to your own vehicle preferred) Registered with the SSSC Previous care experience We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about delivering outstanding care Compassionate, reliable and professional A positive role model for others Committed to supporting people to live independently Keen to continue developing their skills and career Overseas Applicants (Please note) We can only accept applications from individuals who have the right to work in the UK for a minimum of six months.
