We are currently recruiting for a Scheduler to join our busy Complex Needs Team in Inverness. This role is Monday - Wednesday; however, some flexibility may be required to cover holidays.

You will be responsible for updating and maintaining electronic systems, making decisions in relation to the deployment of frontline staff, as well as providing an efficient and effective first point of contact for supported people, their families and staff.

To undertake this role effectively you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, problem solving and people skills. We are looking for an organised and resourceful individual with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
