What You'll Be Doing Supporting individuals with personal care, mobility and daily living activities Assisting with medication and dietary requirements while promoting dignity, choice and independence Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs Supporting people to remain independent within their homes and local communities Following support plans and contributing to positive physical and emotional wellbeing Building positive relationships with the people you support and their families Maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and procedures Working as part of a supportive team to provide outstanding care What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is caring, compassionate and reliable Enjoys helping others and making a positive difference Has excellent communication and people skills Is patient, respectful and committed to delivering high-quality care Works well independently and as part of a team Is willing to learn, develop and undertake training Shares Highland Home Carers' values and commitment to person-centred support Essential Requirements Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010) Ability to work in and travel throughout the Nairn area Flexibility to work weekend shift patterns Willingness to register with the SSSC and maintain registration Commitment to attending training and review meetings as required Preferred Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle We understand this isn't always possible and are happy to consider applicants who have access to alternative transport, including cycling.
