What You'll Be Doing Supporting a female client with personal care, mobility and daily living activities Assisting with medication and dietary requirements while promoting dignity, choice and independence Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs Supporting emotional wellbeing and helping maintain independence at home Following individual support plans and contributing to positive outcomes Building positive and trusting relationships with the individual you support Maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and procedures Working as part of a supportive team to provide outstanding care What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is caring, compassionate and reliable Enjoys supporting others and making a positive difference Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is patient, respectful and committed to delivering high-quality care Works well independently and as part of a team Is willing to learn, develop and undertake training Shares Highland Home Carers' values and commitment to person-centred support Essential Requirements Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010) Willingness to register with the SSSC and maintain registration Commitment to attending training and review meetings as required Ability to work in the Dingwall area You do not need to have experience of care and support work (with exception to overseas applicants as below). You need to be committed to making a difference to people’s lives by delivering high-quality care and support. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
