An exciting role opportunity has arisen in our retail team. We are looking for an experienced, talented retail manager.

About The Role

The role will involve

  • Overseeing employees to ensure that company processes and procedures are being adhered to
  • Monitoring site sales and stocktaking, scrutinising weekly sales, purchases and margins data to identify trends and react accordingly.
  • Recruitment of filling station personnel and training
  • Managing filling station personnel working time, monitoring cost, workload and holidays
  • Monitoring site conditions and security requirements, implementing repairs and maintenance both planned and reactive
  • Responsibility for an action plan to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are up to date.
  • Ensuring site security is in place and fit for purpose
  • Management of on-site contractors undertaking repairs and maintenance works
  • Continuous wet and dry stock monitoring
  • Ensuring sound record keeping is maintained through Bright HR

You will

  • Have extensive retail management experience
  • Be able to work on your own initiative
