Highland Fuels Ltd is seeking to recruit a Fuel Tanker Driver based in Oban. A flexible variable shift pattern will be used in this role.
About the Role
The role requires you to deliver fuels to a number of locations across the country. This will include domestic, commercial, garage forecourts etc. You will need the ability to work on your own and have some computer knowledge. It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent communication skills and is safety minded with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent pay rates – overtime at time and a half over 40 hours per week
- Good working conditions
- Full tanker training provided to those with a general haulage background which includes Smiths, CPC, ADR, PDP, Speed Awareness and operational training on the equipment.
The role is 40 hours per week minimum.
About you
You will be an experienced haulage driver who has:
- An LGV category C and E Licence (Class 1)
- Preferable ADR Certificate for flammable liquids
- A flexible approach to their working hours as we deliver all over Scotland
