Salary: £41,423 - £44,899 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To support delivery of the Pride in Place Programme (PiPP), working with the Neighbourhood Board, communities and partner organisations to develop and implement a community‑led regeneration plan.
The role will ensure compliance with programme requirements and contribute to achieving long‑term, place‑based outcomes.

Requirements
- Evidence of higher education and qualified to degree level OR Evidence of a continuing commitment to personal development
- Experience supporting or delivering place‑based regeneration, community‑led programmes or funded initiatives
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Understanding of regeneration challenges and priorities across the Highlands
- Flexible approach to work, including travel where required
