Post Title: Community Works Operative 4 (Waste)
Location: Recycling Centre Dingwall
\n Hours: 6.5 Hours Per Week (09:30 to 16:30 - Saturday)
\n Duration: Permanent
\n Salary: £4,961 - £5,431 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To work as part of a team, to carry out all duties involved with managing incoming and outgoing waste(s) at the Transfer Station. Work with plant, direct traffic, manage to a high degree Health and Safety Standard, collaborate and work with third party vendors and complete required administrative duties. Some manual lifting will be involved. Other duties will include plant checks, required routine maintenance, housekeeping, grounds keeping, and building checks and maintenance issues.
