Hours: 37 hours per week

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Band 5 - £31,982 - £39,735 p.a. Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose

Working as part of a Family Team to deliver universal child health programmes for school-aged children and young people (5 - 19 years) within school and community settings, including planning and coordinating the school-age immunisation programme. In conjunction with the School Nurse, working with education colleagues as Named Persons and contributing to the development of the Child's Plan through health assessments using the national practice model.
