Job Purpose: To carry out routine and emergency repairs on all trades (excluding electrical) to housing and non-housing Council properties.

Requirements:

  • A full and valid UK driving license is essential to travel efficiently between various work locations in the area to meet the operational needs of the service.
  • Demonstrable experience of the ability to carry out minor repairs in joiner, mason and plumber trades.
