This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef at Highland Coast Hotels, located in Tongue, Scotland. The Head Chef will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, developing innovative menus with a focus on local and sustainable ingredients, and ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes. The role includes managing kitchen staff, controlling budgets, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and liaising with local suppliers to source fresh, seasonal ingredients.
