The Position:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as seasonal bar staff, on a full-time basis. As a vital part of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable time at Plockton Inn. The season runs to the end of October; however, there may be an opportunity to extend based on business demand.
In this guest-facing role you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering beverages and liaising with the F&B team to ensure guests receive a high level of service. Duties include setting up the bar area before service, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in and around the bar area, stock management and ordering. The role offers flexible shift patterns covering lunch and dinner service. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to work in a dynamic and vibrant environment.

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Display effective communication with guests as well as your team to ensure a high level of guest service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Have a passion and knowledge for current drink trends.
The Package:
