The Position We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as Head Housekeeper. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Head Housekeeper will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel. This is a hands-on role that involves not only overseeing the housekeeping team but also actively assisting with room cleaning to ensure our guests receive the highest standards of service.

- Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing a team and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate the housekeeping team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example, actively assisting the housekeeping team with cleaning tasks as needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with other departments and ensure guest satisfaction.
