The Position:
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade on a Seasonal contract. In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, assisting with menu planning and development, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong foundation in culinary techniques and food safety standards.
