Highland Coast Hotels Limited is seeking an experienced management couple to helm the Plockton Inn, with the option of two experienced managers or a General Manager and Head Chef partnership. You will jointly lead hotel, restaurant and bar operations to deliver a memorable guest experience while maintaining a warm welcome for the local community.
You will drive revenue, manage costs, recruit and develop the team, and uphold exceptional standards across accommodation, dining and beverage.
