About You & The Role
We're looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who is eager to build a successful career in recruitment. You'll be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and the resilience to work towards targets while continuously developing your skills.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and support while learning every aspect of 360-degree recruitment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates through our database, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and social media.
- Screening candidates to assess their skills, experience and suitability for vacancies.
- Developing new business by contacting prospective clients and introducing Eventus Recruitment's services.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to interview, offer and placement.
- Writing and advertising job vacancies across multiple platforms.
