Project Administrator About the Role We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our growing team.

This is a varied role supporting our Project Managers and wider operational team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Experience within project administration or a technical environment is desirable, but we are happy to provide full training on our internal systems for the right candidate.

A key part of this role will involve supporting our rail contracts , so we're looking for someone who can quickly become a valued member of the team and work confidently with minimal supervision once trained.

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and operational teams.

Collate project information and maintain project databases and software systems.

Manage and coordinate technician and surveyor diaries.

Handle customer enquiries and provide project updates where required.

Maintain, manage and archive project documentation.
