What You’ll Be Doing

• Business Development & Client Management
  • Proactively develop and grow your client base through business development calls, meetings, and relationship building.
  • Manage and develop existing client accounts, becoming a trusted recruitment partner to businesses across your sector.
  • Negotiate terms of business, fees, and service agreements confidently and professionally.
  • Identify and respond to new opportunities in the market quickly and commercially.
• Candidate Management
  • Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network.
  • Conduct thorough candidate registrations, interviews, and competency assessments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates within your specialist area.
  • Manage candidates professionally throughout the recruitment process from first contact through to placement.
• 360 Recruitment Delivery
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, from taking a vacancy brief through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Write and post compelling, targeted job adverts across multiple platforms.
  • Match candidates effectively to client requirements, providing high-quality shortlists and market insight.
  • Hit and exceed personal billing targets consistently.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role; engineering, technical, or trades background preferred but not essential.
• A track record of billing and business development success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels.
• Commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy desk independently.
• A team player who contributes positively to the culture and success of the wider business.
