The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 Β£ per year.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing and well-established building services team operating across Glasgow and the Central Belt.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and fault-finding of commercial gas systems across a variety of commercial and industrial sites. In addition, applicants must possess air conditioning experience and be confident working on a range of HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain and repair commercial gas appliances and associated plant.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults on commercial heating systems.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
  • Service and maintain air conditioning systems including split, multi-split and VRV/VRF equipment.
  • Complete all relevant certification and job documentation accurately.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with current regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing the business on client sites.
Requirements
  • Current Commercial Gas Qualifications (CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer.
  • Air Conditioning experience with relevant F-Gas certification.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Desirable
  • Experience with BMS controls and HVAC systems.
  • Electrical fault-finding experience.
  • Additional gas or refrigeration qualifications.
  • Experience working within facilities management or building services environments.
