About You & The Role We're looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who is eager to build a successful career in recruitment.
You'll be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and support while learning every aspect of 360-degree recruitment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Sourcing candidates through our database, job boards, Linked In, referrals and social media.
Screening candidates to assess their skills, experience and suitability for vacancies.
Developing new business by contacting prospective clients and introducing Eventus Recruitment's services.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to interview, offer and placement.
Writing and advertising job vacancies across multiple platforms.
Keeping our CRM and candidate records up to date.
Attending internal and external training to develop your recruitment, sales and industry knowledge.
Progressing towards managing your own client portfolio and recruitment desk as part of our 360 recruitment model.
Salary & Benefits £26,500 £30,000 basic salary.
