We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Director to lead our technical division. In this pivotal role, you\’ll oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring the seamless installation, maintenance, and monitoring of our diverse security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire Alarms. We\’re looking for a leader who embodies a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations and possesses exceptional problem-solving skills to effectively investigate and resolve complex technical issues. You\’ll work closely with our established network of subcontractor partners and nurture strong relationships with our key customers. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Oversight: Lead and manage all technical service delivery operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. * Team Leadership: Potentially build and mentor a high-performing technical team (depending on company growth). * Subcontractor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our network of subcontractor partners, ensuring their adherence to our high standards of service. * Customer Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any technical concerns. * Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems. * Problem Solving: Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues on customer systems, developing innovative and effective solutions. * Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. * Compliance: Ensure all technical operations comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. * Travel: Be prepared to travel across the UK to visit customer sites as required.
