Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our growing team covering the Midlands area. This role is predominantly local work across commercial and education sites, with over 95% of jobs within a 30-mile radius. There is no staying away required.
The successful engineer will carry out servicing, maintenance, fault finding and small works across Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm systems while maintaining high service standards and strong customer relationships.
The Role
- Service and maintenance of Intruder Alarm and CCTV systems
- Fault finding and reactive repairs
- Small works, upgrades and additional equipment installations
- Occasional work on Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting and Access Control systems
- Working independently across customer sites
- Participation in the call out rota
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years Fire & Security industry experience
- Strong knowledge of Intruder Alarms and CCTV systems
- Experience with servicing and fault finding
- Good understanding of IP and networked systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
