The Role
You’ll be a Field Service Engineer carrying out:
- Breakdown, servicing & PPM on compactors and balers
- Mechanical, electrical & hydraulic fault-finding
- Installations and commissioning
- Customer-facing work across a Reading-centric patch
This is a hands-on engineering role - not a desk job, not general plant.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience working on compactors, balers or recycling equipment
- Strong mechanical & hydraulic knowledge (electrical fault-finding essential)
- Field service background preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to work independently and represent the company professionally
