Key Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and maintain a range of automatic door systems, including sliding, swing, and revolving doors.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on automatic doors and access control systems.
  • Work with and support systems including: CDVI (access control & locking solutions).
  • Record automatic door systems Paxton / PaxLock / PaxLock Pro wireless access control.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards (e.g., BS EN 16005).
  • Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers on-site.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
