We are seeking a junior water technician with a strong work ethic, who either has some knowledge of a water technician role, or is keen to get into the industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out the site water hygiene regime, maintain records.
- Complete training as required by the business.
- Effective time management via PDA/workflow software.
- Third party escorting around site.
- Maintain and record the site's water hygiene regime.
- Complete PPM's.
- Attend reactive issues as required.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- A background or working knowledge of L8 requirements is desirable but not essential.
- Punctual and diligent person.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
The Candidate
- The correct candidate must live in the Midlands area - within 1.5 hours of Yorkshire as well as having a DBS certificate.
- Be happy with working across the UK and periodically staying in hotels.
- Must enjoy driving (company van provided).
- Must be personable and enjoy meeting new people.
- Must be okay with the occasional work within prisons and young offender environments.
- Should be fit and healthy with no significant medical issues that might affect their work.
