You\’ll be working on a variety of Trend, Siemens, Tridium, Priva, and Cylon systems within hospitals, universities, office complexes, and manufacturing sites. Expect every day to be different — from fine-tuning HVAC control strategies to commissioning new energy-efficient solutions that reduce carbon output and costs for clients.

What you\’ll be doing

• Service, maintain, and commission a range of BMS and HVAC control systems including Trend IQ Vision, Siemens Desigo CC, and Tridium Niagara 4.
• Carry out software adjustments, panel inspections, and energy optimisation projects to improve building performance.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently, using front-end tools and field devices.
• Support project delivery – from small upgrades to large-scale system migrations.
• Produce clear reports, as-fitted drawings, and documentation for clients.
• Work independently on-site while collaborating closely with project and service teams.

What you\’ll need

• Previous experience as a BMS or Controls Engineer
• Strong technical understanding of control logic and system integration
• Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Tridium, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and a professional, proactive approach
