You\βll be working on a variety of Trend, Siemens, Tridium, Priva, and Cylon systems within hospitals, universities, office complexes, and manufacturing sites. Expect every day to be different β from fine-tuning HVAC control strategies to commissioning new energy-efficient solutions that reduce carbon output and costs for clients.

What you\βll be doing
- Service, maintain, and commission a range of BMS and HVAC control systems including Trend IQ Vision, Siemens Desigo CC, and Tridium Niagara 4.
- Carry out software adjustments, panel inspections, and energy optimisation projects to improve building performance.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently, using front-end tools and field devices.
- Support project delivery β from small upgrades to large-scale system migrations.
- Produce clear reports, as-fitted drawings, and documentation for clients.
- Work independently on-site while collaborating closely with project and service teams.
What you\βll need
- Previous experience as a BMS or Controls Engineer
- Strong technical understanding of control logic and system integration
- Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Tridium, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and a professional, proactive approach
