We are looking to recruit an ambitious and experienced Mechanical HVAC Estimator to join a successful M&E contractor delivering design and installation projects across the UK.
Working on commercial projects ranging from £500k to £7m , you'll be responsible for producing accurate mechanical estimates and supporting the delivery of high-quality projects across a range of sectors, with particular experience in hotels and multi-room developments being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate mechanical HVAC estimates for design and installation projects.
Price all aspects of mechanical services, including HVAC, heating, pipework, sanitary, and drainage.
Manage multiple estimates at different stages simultaneously.
Negotiate and procure subcontract packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within deadlines.
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Mechanical HVAC Estimator.
Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, heating, pipework, sanitary, and drainage systems.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
