We’re now looking for a motivated Gate Automation Installation Engineer — or an experienced installation team — to join us as we continue to grow. This is a great opportunity to become part of a business that values precision, innovation, and professionalism in everything we do. What You\’ll Be Doing * Install automated gates and access control systems (swing, sliding, cantilever, etc.) * Work across residential, commercial, and industrial sites * Interpret technical drawings and install to a high standard * Carry out basic fault-finding and commissioning of new installations * Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver safe, clean and timely installs What We’re Looking For * 2+ years’ experience in gate automation and/or access control systems * Experience with systems like BFT, CAME, FAAC, NICE, AES, etc. * Competence in mechanical and basic electrical installation * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and client-facing manner * Full, clean UK driving licence * Must be reliable, professional, and take pride in your work * CSCS, DHF or other industry qualifications are a bonus What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience (with bonus scheme) * Employed or self-employed options available * 21 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) * Supportive, professional team environment * Opportunities to grow within an expanding company * Variety of projects and working environments
