We are looking for an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join a growing engineering team, working on a range of industrial and commercial door systems across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, and repair of industrial doors (roller shutters, sectional doors, high-speed doors, loading bay equipment)
- Fault finding and carrying out reactive maintenance
- Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards and industry regulations
- Providing professional customer service on-site
- Completing service reports and documentation accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with industrial door systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills
Desirable:
- EN 16005 / DHF safety standard knowledge
- IPAF or CSCS certification
- Experience with loading bay systems and automation
